What the connector collects when you use Domus Aedes inside ChatGPT, Claude or Claude Code, why, and your rights.

Who is responsible
Domus Aedes SP, S.L. (CIF B21771068), Avenida Diagonal 534, Entresuelo Izq., 08006 Barcelona, Spain, is the data controller for this service. For properties and stays in Morocco, Domus Aedes MA, S.A.R.L. acts as joint controller. Contact for anything in this notice: contact@domusaedes.com.
What the connector collects
The connector receives only what the assistant sends to its tools:
- Search criteria — intent (buy, rent or stay), location, budget, bedrooms, guests, property type, features, dates and language. No account, no identifier, no conversation history.
- A property reference when you ask for details.
- Your contact details — name, email, optional phone, and your message — only when you ask the assistant to send a request to a Domus Aedes advisor, together with the reference, intent, dates and guests you were discussing.
We do not receive or store the rest of your conversation. What you say to the assistant is handled by the assistant's provider (OpenAI or Anthropic) under their own privacy terms.
Why we use it
- Search criteria and references are used to answer the request, in the moment. They are processed in memory and appear in short-lived technical logs used for reliability and abuse prevention.
- Contact details and your message are used to reply to you about the property or brief, by email or WhatsApp — this is the request you made (pre-contractual steps at your request, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
How long we keep it
- Search criteria and references: technical logs for up to 30 days, then deleted. They are not linked to you.
- Advisor requests: kept in our customer records for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and thereafter as required by Spanish commercial and tax law. You can ask us to delete them earlier where the law allows.
Who we share it with
Nobody outside Domus Aedes, except the providers that run our customer records and email (our CRM and transactional email services, acting on our instructions) and the Domus Aedes advisor or partner agent responsible for the property you asked about. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising. When you use the connector through ChatGPT or Claude, the assistant's provider processes your conversation independently of us.
Transfers
Our systems are hosted in the European Union. Some providers may process data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, object to its use, or receive it in a portable format, by writing to contact@domusaedes.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or, for Morocco, the CNDP.
Changes
We update this notice when the service changes. The date at the top says when.
